Form Backend Platform

Getform is a streamlined platform designed to simplify the management of web forms. Setting up a form is straightforward: generate a URL endpoint from Getform, update your HTML <form> tag with that endpoint, and begin receiving submissions.

While collecting data, you can accept file attachments, integrate with Zapier and Webhooks to automate workflows, and invite colleagues to view shared submissions. The platform also provides a Submissions API and is compatible with Static Site Generators such as Hugo, Gatsby, Jekyll, and others.

Getform is built on Laravel, with the entire frontend developed using Vue.js.
