laravel-database-schedule offers a user interface that allows you to schedule tasks without redeploying your application.

The dashboard enables you to create, edit, delete, and disable tasks, as well as configure rules to prevent overlapping schedules. It also displays a history of task runs and provides the option to receive the output of a scheduled task via email.
