solidtime is a contemporary, open-source time‑tracking solution designed for freelancers and agencies. It offers the following capabilities:

• Time Tracking – Record hours using an intuitive, modern interface.
• Projects – Create, organize, and assign projects to team members.
• Tasks – Define tasks and allocate them to project participants.
• Clients – Manage client information and link clients to specific projects.
• Billable Rates – Set rates for individual projects, project members, organization members, and entire organizations.
• Multi‑Organization Support – Operate multiple organizations from a single account.
• Roles & Permissions – Define roles and control access within each organization.
• Data Import – Transfer time‑tracking records from other applications (Toggl, Clockify, Timeentry CSV).

Technology Stack

solidtime is built with Laravel on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend.

Deployment Options

You can host the application yourself or use our cloud service, which is currently available in open beta.
