Developers often find managing intricate forms to be difficult. Handling field validations, dependencies, conditional disabling or exclusion of fields, and other complexities can result in code that is hard to write, maintain, and understand.

Jafar simplifies form creation by allowing developers to define a clear and intuitive form specification (model JSON & resources JSON). This specification represents the entire form lifecycle—including field definitions, data paths, initial values, validators, DTO conversions, and more—making the process straightforward and maintainable.

Core Architecture

At its core, Jafar relies on a pure JavaScript, UI‑agnostic form class that manages the form’s definition, lifecycle, and data manipulation. Complementary React packages are available for Form, Field, and Layout components to integrate seamlessly into modern web applications.
