Manta is a versatile invoicing application for desktop environments that offers elegant, customizable templates. It allows users to reorder invoice items via drag‑and‑drop, export documents as PDFs, and more.
The software is free and open source. It is developed using Electron, React, Redux, React-DnD, React-Beautiful-DnD, React-Motion, and Webpack.
I created Manta because I required a straightforward tool to generate high‑quality invoices, estimates, and receipts—a solution that could not be found elsewhere. Although invoicing is not my primary profession, the app focuses on excelling at its core purpose: producing professional invoices efficiently.
