Overview

Fontspace hosts the largest selection of legitimately licensed free fonts.

Development Choices

In 2020 we transitioned to a web application and selected Vue.js as our core framework. The entire front‑end was built with vanilla Vue—no additional rendering frameworks or UI toolkits were incorporated.

Rendering Strategy

Pages are server‑side rendered (SSR) through a custom backend that combines .NET and Node.js. This setup ensures fast, SEO‑friendly content delivery.

Interactivity

Vue.js enables rich interactive features throughout the site, enhancing user experience while maintaining performance.
