Web Application for Exiting Vim

Purpose

The application assists users who find themselves unable to exit Vim by guiding them through a brief questionnaire and providing the exact command needed to close the editor.

Background

This tool was created in response to a Stack Overflow blog post noting that, on average, about 80 people are trapped in Vim at any given time without knowing how to quit.

Implementation Details

• The site is a static webpage hosted on GitHub Pages.
• User interactions follow a Finite State Machine design, implemented entirely with Vue.js.
