Ziit (pronounced “tseet”) is an open‑source, self‑hostable alternative to WakaTime that delivers a clean, minimal dashboard for viewing coding statistics while preserving privacy by storing all data on your own server.

It records coding activity through editor integrations, gathering information about projects, languages, operating system, editor type, and time spent coding. The intuitive dashboard resembles Plausible Analytics.

The technical foundation consists of Nuxt 3 with its built‑in server API structure, Nitro for server functions, and Prisma as the database layer.
